There was a lot of hammering and drilling involved with this one. Though for Deryn’s summer Jewelry challenge it is worth it, because look what I got out of this project.

Such a great mixture of metal. The center piece of the bracelet is not quite finished yet. I created a bezel. I’m not sure how I want to finish it off or leave it as is. I have a few ideas: stamp a short word into the solder, fill the bezel with plaster and create a design then seal it or create a collage for the bottom and fill with resin. I may just have to make a couple more so I can have one of each.I am having so much fun with these projects. It is sparking new ideas and other projects.
Well, keep plugging away.

They just keep getting cooler, Melissa - i love this bracelet! I'm also vastly jealous that I don't know how to work with metals yet. But that's okay - I still have PLENTY on my plate!
